DELIVERY

Hollimans Gun Shop Gun Shop offers flat rate postage to our online shop customers:

TAS, WA, NT $30 Flat Rate

SA, QLD $25 Flat Rate

NSW, ACT, VIC $30 Flat Rate

GST & TAXES

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars.

We are required by law to charge and withhold the applicable GST for any orders to be delivered to addresses within Australia.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If goods received are faulty, the customer is eligible for a refund.  Return of items will only be accepted if items are in original packaging and condition. Notification is required within 28 days of receipt, including proof of purchase. A full assessment of the returned item/s will take place prior to a refund being granted. The refund/credit amount will be the item amount, excluding postage.

Where a faulty item can be repaired, we will conduct all necessary repairs and send the repaired item back to the customer. 

Where it is determined that a returned item does not have any faults and has been sold as per the sales description, the item will be sent back to the customer and a refund will not be granted.

Please Note: All returns must be pre-approved prior to sending back.  We will not refund customers if there is simply a change of mind and an item is no longer wanted. The cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend you send your goods back using a trackable delivery service, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment, excluding any delivery charges.


NO CREDITS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF PRODUCTS WILL BE ISSUED WITH OUT PRODUCTION OF ORIGINAL SALES VOUCHER OR TAX INVOICE.

Returned Goods must be in ORIGINAL, UNDAMAGED PACKAGING.

Please Note: We are happy to process refunds, where applicable, if ALL of the above conditions are complied with.

Note: We reserve the right to deny a refund or return on a transaction whereby the customer has made an error in their purchase choice and such instances will be assessed on a case by cases basis.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

All goods are inspected before we send them off to you, to make sure they are in excellent condition.  Items are carefully packaged to minimise the chance of damage during transit. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately.

 

WRONG ORDER SENT

We apologise if you receive the wrong item/s ordered. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue for you.

 

CANCELLATION OF TRANSACTIONS

Transactions that are cancelled prior to completion will not be charged.
